SantAI – Open Medical Intelligence with "One Health" vision¶

SantAI is an open-source, on-premise AI assistant for health professionals, built on a GraphRAG architecture and guided by One Health principles. It supports integrated reasoning across:

Adapts One Health reasoning to companion, equine, and livestock contexts. Includes species-specific dosing, zoonotic risk flags, and production medicine workflows. Supports diagnosis, differential generation.

🧠 MedAI → Human medicine¶

Supports diagnosis, differential generation, guideline-based treatment planning for general and specialist human medicine. Integrates ESC, HAS, and UpToDate logic.

💊 DrugAI → Pharmacology¶

Cross-checks prescriptions for: - Drug–drug interactions - Allergies - Contraindications (e.g., pregnancy, renal failure) - AMR stewardship alerts

🧬 PsychAI → Mental health¶

Guides structured psychiatric interviews (DSM-5/ICD-11 aligned), risk assessment (suicidality, violence), and therapeutic resource mapping.

📝 ScribAI → structured transcription¶

Listens to consultation audio → outputs standardized medical note: - Patient history (HPI) - Review of systems (ROS) - Impression & plan (SOAP format) - ICD-10 / VeNom coding suggestions
