In an age of simulacra where - diagnosis is reduced to prediction, - empathy to interface design, and - clinical judgment to probabilistic confidence scores— we insist in knowledge as relation.

This network is open not because openness is fashionable, but because secrecy in matters of health is violence.
We reject the myth of the neutral tool. Every line of code carries a worldview. Every dataset encodes a geography of power. Every LLM trained carries within it the ghosts of its funders, its filters, its unspoken allegiances.

Our architecture is GraphRAG, but our ethic is related to the One Health concept : the proposition that human bodies, animal lives, and ecosystems breathe as one. Their disparate data points echoes of a single, fractured reality. Openness is a promise that knowledge will not be locked out by a paywall.
